DEEPER DANCE with Angela Noble - Moving mindfully to express not to impress, a journey into your inner realms through movement and dance. Movement meditation allows the music, words, themes, and rhythms to bring your attention to the 'now' and to what you feel and experience as you move. Lose yourself in the dance, to find yourself.
In this healing dance practice, you will be guided through the major chakras using a carefully selected music playlist, to revitalize, tune up and rebalance your chakra systems. A growing body of research suggests that we need to restore the connection between Body, Mind and Soul for the future health not only of the individual but society, and even our beloved and precious Mother Earth.

My Brother, Barry's Artwork will be available to purchase on Mugs, Coasters, Totes & Keyrings.
My Brother, Barry has classic Autism! (classic meaning severe) He is 47 and lives in his own flat with 24/7 care. It's so important to me to give something back to the charity, Scottish Society for Autism. Barry has taken his messy, sensory play to the next level.
He has been creating abstract art. It is a team collaboration. He has recently made it into a magazine showcasing his work. The canvases that are on show here will be available to purchase on the night.
All proceedings will go to charity. The theme is Remembrance Sunday! The abstract Poppy is my fav! Well done, Barry
