Dance helped me overcome issues surrounding confidence, low self-esteem and anxiety. I have been dancing for many years, met lots of amazing people and travelled to different countries. Dance started as a hobby and now it’s a lifestyle. Dance is my remedy! I look forward to you joining me on this journey.
Why Global Caravan?
Because TRIBE is TRIBE, dancing together is strength, it is a dance family. We respect the people we dance with without prejudgement. It is being a leader and it is being a follower. It is trusting others but above all in yourself.
GLOBAL CARAVAN BELLYDANCE
is a FUSION of Oriental dance, Flamenco/Spanish, Indian, Folk and Middle Eastern. It's where you learn combinations and rhythms that allow you to dance improv with anyone and with music of different styles.
Class / Activity/ Workshop
Global Dance is a dance movement that is gentle on the body. It is a form of Belly Dance with influences from ancient times - Spanish, Folk, Indian, African and Middle Eastern. This style of dance brings women together, connecting in a circle and moving in unison whilst isolating parts of our bodies. Global Dance has a structure with no verbal language or choreography.
We dance in the moment! This is so magical. The minute you enter my class, you start feeling more confident. You are warmly welcomed by women of all shapes and sizes. There's no one judging you there. And before you know, you make a wonderful tribe of women who'll stand by each other, no matter what. The fluid, dramatic, but soft movements can trigger the production of endorphins, or happy hormones, which can help you de-stress. I want to take you on this magical journey and watch you develop and shine!

This class is a FREE hour over Zoom on a Friday morning. 10am - 11am We work on Zill patterns adding Global Caravan Dance Moves. All welcome.
Focus & Aim of my Classes & Activity
My aim is to bring Joy, Fun, Fitness, Magic and Love for Dance.
Focussing on each individuals wellness and body positivity. Throughout the class block, I will be teaching props, Finger Cymbals (Zills) Big Skirt, Veils, Spanish Fans and Basket. The class lasts 1 hour, allowing 10 mins for warmup and 10 mins to cool down.
Classes are on a Monday evening at Levenmouth Academy, Buckhaven, Fife.
